Weather forecasts can sometimes be inaccurate and not correspond with the actual conditions on the day of the tour.
If the weather forecast poses a safety risk to passengers, the captain will make the decision to cancel the tour.
5What happens if the tour is cancelled?
If we cancel your tour, we will let you know using the contact details you provided when booking.
If you need to change your booking, we will make the necessary adjustments. If no other dates work for you, you will be reimbursed at the point of sale where you originally booked your tour.

Our boat meets all safety and technical requirements and is equipped with the appropriate number of life jackets and all necessary fire fighting equipment.

The boarding point is on the waterfront where the boat is permanently moored and where tickets are sold. When the tour is over, passengers will disembark on the old waterfront near the Solar statue.

If you are planning to arrive by car, please note that the town has several parking lots available. They do charge for parking, so it is important to keep that in mind. The most convenient option would be to purchase a daily ticket. Please check the locations of the parking lots beforehand to find the one closest to your destination.

During your boat ride, it is best to wear comfortable and casual clothing such as sports attire. We suggest bringing a bathing suit, swimming shoes and a beach towel. In the summer months, it is also a good idea to wear a hat and apply plenty of sunscreen.

8I have booked a tour, but the weather has taken a turn for the worst. Can I get my money back?
Light rain, cloudy weather or light wind are not considered bad weather conditions for your boat ride. Once the tour has begun, we cannot offer any refunds. However, we always keep you informed about any weather changes and conditions. In the unlikely event of bad weather that prevents sailing, the vessel will not leave the base port. In such a case, you will have the option to either change your booking or receive a refund.
